A Day In The Life
Montrose Environmental Group is seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) of U.S. Environmental & Engineering Services (EES) to lead a diverse and growing portfolio of environmental consulting and engineering teams across the United States. This executive will be responsible for setting and executing the division's strategic direction, driving operational excellence, delivering client value, and achieving financial performance across a $150M+ division. The EES division comprises over 600 professionals across 15+ acquired businesses, and continues to grow through both organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions. This role is pivotal in unifying those teams under a shared vision while honoring their technical diversity-from turnkey remediation services to complex permitting and compliance projects. As a key member of the MEG Consulting Segment Senior Leadership Team, the SVP will bring thought leadership, operational rigor, and a client-first mindset to advance MEG's position as a leader in environmental and engineering services. This position can be based remotely in the U.S. and will require a willingness to travel regularly (to visit with teams and clients in particular).
