The Masters Dental Group is now hiring a full-time Dental Office Administrator in San Antonio, TX .

We are seeking a seasoned Dental Office Administrator with a great personality to join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business, and operations professionals.

Working hours: Wednesday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing patient accounts and maintaining relationships
• Organizing and assisting with insurance claims
• Answering incoming calls, including new patients and emergencies
• Requesting medical records
• Patient follow-ups
• Managing unscheduled and treatment pending lists to ensure patient follow-through and meet scheduling goals

Minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of dental front office experience
• Computer proficiency and adaptability to new software
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
