Position Overview:

• Full-time Rehab Director (DOR) opportunity in our Ephrata, Washington location
• Hospital-based outpatient setting at Columbia Basin Hospital - 58 bed facility
• Pay range $110K to $120K
• Flexible $12,000 Career Bonus: You’ll earn up to $12,000 in additional financial benefits over your first three years — use it for retention bonus, sign-on bonus, or student loan repayment, or personal development.

Role Summary:
The treating Clinic Manager oversees daily operations, staffing, program development, and compliance in the rehab department. Responsibilities include performance evaluations, budgeting, marketing, patient care, and ensuring effective communication with staff, patients, families, and physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring efficient department operations.
• Manage budgets, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement new therapy programs and market opportunities.
• Ensure timely and appropriate patient care, complying with state and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors, Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• 5+ years of therapy and management experience preferred.
• Valid therapy board certification and WA state licensure.
