Join Our Team as a Floral Designer!

We are seeking a talented and passionate Floral Designer to enhance our customers' experiences through exceptional floral arrangements and outstanding service. In this role, you will play a key part in building customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking customers in a friendly and prompt manner.
• Manage inventory effectively, ensuring products are always fresh and presented beautifully, while adhering to company standards.
• Create stunning floral arrangements for a variety of occasions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring a safe environment.
• Operate department tools and equipment efficiently.
• Offer product suggestions and ensure the stock is rotated to maintain freshness.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to management immediately.
• Assist in preventing theft and other violations by being alert and reporting any suspicious activity.
• Perform other related duties as needed to support the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in floral design or arrangements.
• Strong integrity and reliability.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
