Job Description:Job Title: Transaction Management OfficerCorporate Title: Assistant Vice PresidentLocation: New York, NYOverviewAs a Transaction Manager in Trust and Securities Services, you play a pivotal role in deal implementation and other documentation-related matters for the Americas Corporate Trust products. Our capital markets products include corporate debt, money market instruments and securitizations. Additionally, we support project financing, loans, and escrows. You should possess a strong understanding of complex financing structures, deal documentation, risk management, and the closing process. In this role, you will also provide remote oversight into certain deals administered by product teams located outside of New York. Handle post-closing matters such as amendments, waivers, litigation and defaultsWork closely with Sales and Client Services as an advisor and escalation point regarding deal-related questions and risk factors Work effectively with our internal legal department as well as external law firms to ensure compliance and address legal issuesOversee certain activities for services performed outside of New YorkParticipate in ad hoc projects as needed to support the businessTake a client-centric approach to engage all parties in optimizing the overall client experience with Deutsche BankSkills You'll Need Possess a thorough understanding of various deal structures and documentation for a wide range of financings in the Corporate Trust arena, with specific expertise in the duties of a corporate trustee and agentDemonstrate excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutionsWillingness to occasionally work outside of normal business hours as required by the timing or pace of a particular dealExcel in working with clients and external counterparties to foster strong relationshipsSkills That Will Help You ExcelCapable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and grace under pressureAbility to think creatively and develop innovative solutionsExpectationsIt is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.The salary range for this position in New York City is $80,000 to $130,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
