This position is located in Immigration Records & Identity Services Directorate, Identity and Information Management Division, Communication and Training Branch. As an Supervisory Program Coordinator, you will serve as the Branch Chief and subject matter expert over the Communication and Training Branch for which both the scope and effect of the work impact multiple components of DHS and other governmental agencies.

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/24/2025. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/24/2025.
GS-15: You qualify at the GS-15 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-14 next grade level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.
