Brookshire Construction is seeking experienced and reliable Siding Installers to join our construction team in the Rolla & Cuba, MO area.

Hourly rate: $18.00-$25.00/hr. depending on experience

Location: Rolla & Cuba, MO

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform siding and related product installation and/or repair.
• Perform advanced carpentry as required for each job site.
• Installing siding using a variety of tools, including hammers, levels, saws, and power tools.
• Load and Unload materials at job site.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure job site, picking up tools and equipment and securing job sites at the end of each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Assisting Superintendents as needed to ensure all homes under construction or in the warranty phase meet Brookshire's high-quality standards and levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in siding installation.
• Safety and production driven.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• The ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment, including frequent standing, bending, and climbing in all types of weather.
• Must have strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
