Stant is hiring for a Sales Account Manager.

Sales Account Manager Key Functions:
Primary commercial interface between Stant and the customers purchasing department.
Cultivate new customers and business opportunities across markets and sectors.
Schedule regular customer meetings, touchpoints, and technical reviews.
Promote Stant in every touchpoint with customers and stakeholders.
Build relationships and partnerships with customers, both individually and in tandem with engineering.
Together with engineering, prepare and present technical review papers to demonstrate our companys value proposition through our people, our capabilities, our products, and our performance.
Work with engineering on commercialization of new products and on identifying new opportunities based on the voice of the customer and industry trends.
Drum up new business opportunities, i.e., RFIs, RFQs, development partnerships.
Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage your opportunity funnel, customer contacts, and executing wins.
Initiate cost estimates per RFIs & RFQs, ensure the cost estimating team is making the right assumptions and achieving the most optimized input costs.
Understand the market and quote to win the award and achieve gross profit target.
Meet sales goals established month by month, quarter by quarter, and year by year.
Secure and maintain all NDAs, source packets, quotes, contracts, etc. for each project.
Obtain and efficiently convey the voice of the customer to Stant management and stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and quick resolution to any gaps.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the automotive or a related industry.
Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred.
Proven background in account management or sales is highly desirable.
Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
A secondary focus or minor in Communications or Marketing is a plus.
Experience in product design and development is an advantage.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including: plastic and rubber injection molding stamping and metal forming, packaging, shipping, and logistics
Lean manufacturing methodologies
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management tools is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills verbal, written, and presentation are essential.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a high level of personal accountability.
Professional demeanor with the ability to establish trust and build lasting customer relationships.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Willingness to travel up to 20% as required
