Office Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Office Manager job in Denver, CO. This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity that is expected to last 4-6 weeks. Depending on our client’s needs and your performance, this role may get extended.
You will earn between $27.00 and $34.00 per hour in this role.
Responsibilities:
-Greeting guests at the front desk
-Answering phones and transferring calls
-Working with Property Management to resolve facilities issues
-Serving as the point of contact for all vendors
-Conducting new hire orientation
-Maintaining all office equipment
-Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
-Managing inventory
-Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
-Managing the conference room and ordering catering
-Scheduling appointments and organizing calendars
Qualifications:
-At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $27.00 and $34.00
