Why You’ll Love This Opportunity Competitive pay rates Shift premiums for 2nd & 3rd shifts Annual performance bonus (5% goal) Tuition reimbursement for degree programs Medical insurance with Rx and HSA options Dental and vision coverage 401K with a generous employer match Paid time off (80 hours in your first full year) 11 paid holidays annually Company-funded life and short-term disability insurance Long-term disability and supplemental life coverage available Employee Assistance & Wellness Programs Employee discount program Company-paid safety footwear and prescription eyewear Position Details Shift Available: Weekend shift only (5 AM – 5 PM) Job Type: Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Maintain inventory levels by identifying, labeling, and stocking materials Transport heavy materials using forklifts (up to 30,000 lb. capacity) and mobile cranes Fulfill production needs by locating and verifying materials listed on work orders Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips Package and prepare materials for internal and external shipment Sort items by destination and match to purchase orders Communicate with internal teams to respond to material requests Develop bills of lading and delivery forms Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory Use computerized inventory systems to track materials Work safely indoors and outdoors in various conditions Overtime and 7-day work availability as needed Additional duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of material handling experience in a manufacturing environment Previous forklift or mobile crane operation experience preferred Familiarity with inventory management systems and production orders About STS Technical Services STS Technical Services is a Top 100 Staffing Firm that partners with some of the largest names in aviation, manufacturing, defense, and industrial operations.
