What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor sophisticated production equipment to manufacture high-quality medical device components.
• Set up machines according to detailed specifications and perform routine adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
• Conduct in-process inspections using precision measurement tools to ensure products meet stringent quality standards.
• Accurately follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and promptly communicate any concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting; medical device or regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing flawless components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and safety instructions in English.
• Solid math skills and the ability to perform accurate measurements.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
