About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Human Resources at the Sr. Director level to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR functions, with a primary focus on HR business partnering, change management, talent management, payroll, and benefits. This role involves partnering with commercial and HR leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's objectives. The Head of HR will also be tasked with attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring a robust talent pipeline, and maintaining a strong manpower financial strategy. Additionally, the role includes handling employee relations, ensuring labor compliance, and providing expertise in payroll, benefits, and employee grievance matters. Applicants for the Head of HR position at the company should have a Master's in business administration, preferably in HR, and at least 15 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role in North America, ideally within the generics pharmaceutical industry. The role requires a deep understanding of all HR aspects, including business partnering, recruitment, rewards and payroll, performance management, employee engagement, and talent management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in these areas and be adept at driving HR initiatives that support the company's growth and commercial business.
