Position Title Records Program Manager Location Washington, DC Position Type Full-Time Job Responsibilities Develop and implement contract tasks related to records management. Ensure compliance with federal records management laws, regulations, and directives. Provide guidance to project teams and agency staff on records management. Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, work plans, and status reports. Manage records depository services, retirement services, and document scanning projects. Support data entry and control tasks within various document management systems. Minimum Requirements Must be a US Citizen. At least 5 years of experience in federal records management and 4 years in supervisory roles. Secret-level security clearance. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
