Barberton Tree Service has been a trusted, family-owned and operated company for over 50 years! We are located in Barberton, OH, with only one centralized location — *no traveling required*.

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and detail-oriented professional who demonstrates strong leadership skills daily. As a *Foreman*, you will be responsible for leading your crew safely, efficiently, and effectively from start to finish on each job, while delivering excellent customer service.

*Requirements:*
* Ability to prune and remove trees in limited drop zones.
* Minimum of 3 years of professional climbing experience.
* Valid Ohio Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Class A CDL preferred).
* Ability to operate a heavy-duty manual transmission vehicle.
* Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
* Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Working knowledge of tree care equipment.
* Consistent use of proper PPE and safety procedures.
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
