As a professional in Financial Lines at The Hartford, your main role will be to underwrite and pursue new business, serving brokerage partners on an account-by-account basis. The Senior Underwriter/Executive Underwriter will be a key member of the Hartford Financial Lines regional team, reporting to an underwriting director on the Financial Institutions Underwriting Team, which focuses on management and professional liability products for financial institutions. These include primary and excess directors & officers liability, errors & omissions liability, fiduciary liability, and employment practices liability. Compensation: The annual base pay range is estimated based on market analysis and may vary depending on experience, performance, and competencies. The range is $101,200 - $192,000. Compensation also includes bonuses, incentives, and recognition programs. The posted salary range allows for flexibility in hiring at different levels.
