Job Details

Qualifications – Needed:

  • 3-5+ years as a lead technician, manager, or supervisor in the Electronic Security Industry
  • Strong knowledge of installation, design, and repair of Electronic Security Systems
  • Ability to obtain required industry licenses/certifications
  • Willingness to pursue NICET II certification within a specified timeframe
  • Valid driver’s license and strong mathematical skills
  • Knowledge of fire and electrical codes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supervise branch installation and service departments
  • Mentor and empower technicians and team members
  • Develop personalized growth plans and provide training opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Monitoring Center teams
  • Guide enforcement of operations policies and procedures
  • Lead initiatives to improve branch operations, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Champion false alarm reduction efforts
  • Inspire, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance
