Position Summary

As a Luxury Automotive Detailer specializing in the Acura brand, you will be responsible for the cosmetic restoration, protection, and enhancement of new, certified pre-owned, and customer vehicles. You will ensure each Acura — from the sporty Integra Type S to the luxurious MDX — is delivered in pristine, showroom-ready condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing on new, used, and customer-owned Acura vehicles
• Skilled in buffing and wet sanding
• Conduct paint decontamination, machine polishing, and minor paint correction
• Apply ceramic coatings, fabric/leather protection, and other premium detailing treatments
• Maintain the appearance of the showroom and display vehicles
• Work closely with the sales and service departments to meet delivery timelines
• Adhere to all safety, cleanliness, and quality control standards
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients when needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional automotive detailing experience (Acura or other luxury brands a plus)
• Strong proficiency with machine polishers, interior steam cleaning, and paint protection applications
• Familiarity with Acura models, trims, and interior materials preferred but not required
• Keen eye for imperfections and obsessive attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass a DMV background check and meet dealership insurance requirements for vehicle operation
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
