Dance Instructors Wanted – Join Our Growing Team!
Do you have a passion for dance and a love for teaching? We’re looking for talented, energetic, and innovative professionals to inspire the next generation of dancers at our thriving studio.

We offer classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Acro, and Conditioning —and we are currently looking to add class sections across multiple age groups :

• Ages 2–5 : Creative Movement and introductory Tap/Ballet classes

• Ages 5–7 : Beginner-level dance foundations in a variety of styles

• Ages 8+ : Hip-Hop, Tap, Contemporary, and other styles ranging from beginner to advanced

What You’ll Do

• Inspire and lead students through engaging, age-appropriate classes

• Take attendance and play safe, fun music

• Collaborate with Artistic Director on curriculum and student progress

• Share photos/videos of class highlights

• Provide progress reports (twice a year) and year-end evaluations

• Participate in occasional staff meetings (group & one-on-one)

• Support our annual recital and showcase events

• (Depending on schedule) Assist with building open/close responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Dance degree preferred, but not required

• Teaching experience recommended

• A positive team player who contributes to studio culture

• Creative, innovative, and passionate about student growth

• Reliable, professional, and excited to be part of a dynamic environment
