We have a current opening for a Chief Information Officer (CIO) . This position can sit out of our Sacramento, Long Beach, Pleasanton, or Dallas Office.

As CIO , this role provides strategic leadership and deep technical expertise to drive digital transformation across the construction enterprise. With a strong foundation in both IT infrastructure and construction operations, the CIO ensures that technology investments align with business goals, enhance project delivery, and support long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide IT strategies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and mobile field technologies.
• Foster innovation and operational efficiency, empowering project teams with real-time data, integrated systems, and scalable platforms to improve collaboration, safety, and productivity on job sites.
• Manage complex IT portfolios and lead cross-functional teams.
• Champion change management and digital literacy to ensure successful adoption of new technologies across the organization.

Requirements

• IT Strategy : Lead the development of long-term strategic goals and initiatives aligned with the company's mission and vision.
• Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.
• Safety & Physical Requirements : Must wear proper PPE while on jobsites, comply with all safety standards and procedures, and be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
