Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers in coordinating and executing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals eager to learn and grow their career in project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects
• Support project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
• Help coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality
• Prepare and track change orders, RFIs, meeting minutes, and other project documentation
• Support communication with clients, architects, and engineers

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to project management software is a plus
• 2–4 year degree preferred
• Construction or related field experience preferred
