Assemblers, Material Handlers, and Picker Packers
Pay: $18.50 - $22/hr (depending on shift and position)
Location: Brewster, NY

Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is hiring Assemblers, Material Handlers, and Picker Packers for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established company in Brewster, NY. If you're looking for a position with growth potential, competitive pay, and a great work environment, this is for you!

Available Positions & Duties:
Assembler

• Use hand tools to assemble large parts
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Operate production equipment safely
• Assist with repairs as needed

Material Handler

• Load/unload materials
• Move and organize inventory
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Picker Packer

• Pick and pack orders accurately
• Inspect items for quality
• Prepare shipments according to guidelines
• Maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, or logistics preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Shifts & Pay:

• $18.50 - $22/hr , based on shift and role
• Multiple shifts available – details provided upon application
