Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to grow your administrative skills? We’re hiring a reliable Administrative Assistant to support a well established client in Westlake. This is a temp to hire position working Monday - Friday.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to town council staff
Assisting with document management and scanning
Performing mail merges, working with Microsoft Word, and using Excel for basic data entry and organization
Supporting meetings, maintaining records, and helping with general office tasks

What We’re Looking For:
Strong administrative or computer skills – entry-level candidates welcome if you're tech-savvy and ready to learn!
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic Excel
Familiarity with mail merge features
Someone organized, dependable, and comfortable working onsite daily
